Role Description The Sales Manager – Fall Protection is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for driving sales of fall protection and related safety products. This role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors and key accounts,



and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, set sales targets, prepare forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with production and marketing plans. Day-to-day activities include visiting customers, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, monitoring competitor activity, and ensuring that customer feedback is communicated to product and quality teams.
