Role: Fashion & Production Associate — Internship (Hybrid, Noida)

Khandaani is a design house reinterpreting India's textiles, architecture, and material culture into contemporary clothing.

Ideas don't become garments by themselves. They become garments because someone obsesses over fabrics, fits, sampling, production, and every detail in between.

We're looking for someone to own that process.

What you'll actually do

• Research fabrics, trims, techniques, and production methods that align with every collection.

• Coordinate with manufacturers, printers, embroiderers, dyers, and vendors to bring products from concept to reality.

• Help develop samples, review fittings, and improve garments before production.

• Maintain production timelines, costing sheets, and ensure every collection moves forward without chaos.

• Visit markets and factories whenever required - we believe products are built on the ground, not only behind a laptop.

• Work directly with the founder on product development, not just execution.

What you get

This is an unpaid internship—there is no fixed stipend.

In exchange: you'll work directly on real collections, visit manufacturers, understand how an independent fashion brand is built, and receive public credit for the products you help create.
