Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of farm-related products and agri inputs. Day-to-day tasks include vendor identification and coordination, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate purchase records.



The Purchase Executive will collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements, track delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies, and support cost-effective, quality-driven procurement decisions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
