Job Description We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients across global markets. Key Responsibilities: • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, C-level executives, and key decision-makers. • Understand customer business requirements and position • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM. • Generate and qualify enterprise opportunities across APAC and global markets through outbound prospecting, virtual meetings, and industry engagement. Requirements:



• 1+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial infrastructure, blockchain, or Web3. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment. • Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. • Strong ability to engage with founders, C-level executives, and senior decision-makers. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn current technologies and market trends. • Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or
