Ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, issue resolution, and operational governance
Agile & DevOps Enablement




Function as a leader within an Agile and DevOps culture with end-to-end ownership of team deliverables
Partner with Product, PMO, QA, UX, and Infrastructure teams to prioritize and execute product roadmaps
Drive CI/CD adoption, automation practices, deployment governance, and operational efficiencies
Promote continuous improvement and engineering maturity across teams
People Management & Team Development
Lead, mentor, coach, and inspire engineering teams to achieve high performance
