Overview We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager – to lead and scale the sales function. This role will manage a team of Managers and oversee their Team. The ideal candidate is a proven B2C sales leader with experience in managing multi-layered consultative sales teams in a fast-paced, high-ticket environment.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role • You are a proven Sales Leader with hands-on experience in building and managing direct-to-consumer consultative sales teams. • You have managed Sales Managers and Inside Sales teams with a minimum overall team size of 30+. • You are comfortable selling high-ticket programs that require structured nurturing while driving urgency in closures. • You have worked in a highly competitive sales setting and consistently delivered top performance. • You are extremely data-driven and experienced in building, optimizing, and scaling sales processes.
