The facility spans over 5,000 sq ft across ground and first floors and is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment and accessories. A specially designed junior gym space focuses on children’s holistic development, including both physical (muscular) and cognitive (neural) growth. The gym emphasizes complete neuromuscular activation through tailored fitness regimes that support long-term health and performance.
Role Description The Neuroadaptive Fitness Coach will design and deliver individualized and group fitness programs that integrate neuromuscular activation, functional training, and holistic wellness for clients of different ages and abilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, leading exercise sessions, coaching proper technique, monitoring progress, and adjusting programs based on performance and safety considerations.
The coach will collaborate with other team members to support inclusive training environments, educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, and contribute to the development of neuroadaptive training protocols, especially for children and youth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring consistent presence on the gym floor, junior gym space, and training areas.
Qualifications
