Job Overview:
As a HTML Developer at Sundew, you will be responsible to translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produce visual elements of the application.

Key Responsibilities: -
Understand product requirements, user behavior, and business objectives to define experience strategy
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Convert approved designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementations
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align UX vision with technical feasibility
Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems




Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility standards
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
Make strategic UX decisions for both core features and new enhancements
Apply user-centered design principles and continuously test and iterate
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and front-end technologies
Maintain design consistency across products and platforms

Required Skills & Experience: -
5–6 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
Solid proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe XD
Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular – preferred)
Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility
