Role Description The BIM Modeler / Drafting Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohpa. In this role, the team member will create, update, and manage detailed BIM models and technical drawings for construction and engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and standards.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers, interpreting design documents, resolving model conflicts, and maintaining organized documentation. The role involves preparing shop drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations, optimizing models for efficiency, and supporting project delivery timelines. The BIM Modeler / Drafting Engineer is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and consistency across all project outputs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD) for modeling and drafting.
Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, construction standards, and building codes.
Ability to interpret design intent, prepare detailed shop drawings, and perform clash detection and model coordination.
