As we accelerate our digital transformation, we're looking for a Digital Brand Growth Lead to build India's most loved parenting community and drive digital brand growth across social media, creators, SEO, AI Search and consumer engagement.
Job Responsibility
Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Conceptualize influencer-led campaigns, content ideas, and creator briefs.
Review, refine, and provide final approval on scripts, storyboards, and influencer content.
Ensure brand consistency while maintaining creator authenticity.
Identify relevant creators and guide creative direction for collaborations.
Qualification and Experience
Analyse campaign performance and derive insights to improve future strategies.
Stay updated on social media, creator,
and consumer trends.
Skills
Strong influencer marketing and content strategy expertise.
Excellent campaign conceptualization and creative thinking skills.
Ability to develop, review, and refine influencer scripts and content narratives.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator trends, and audience behaviour.
Solid storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
Ability to balance brand objectives with creator authenticity.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and derive insights.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience creating influencer briefs, content frameworks, and campaign playbooks.
Proficiency in influencer marketing and social listening tools is a plus. 6
