Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with executive leaders to identify, prioritize, and drive strategic technology initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
Translate complex business and operational challenges into technology, AI, automation, and data-driven solutions
Lead cross-functional teams across business, operations, product, architecture, engineering, and analytics to deliver enterprise transformation initiatives




Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation and value realization
Facilitate discovery sessions, strategy workshops, and solution design engagements to define problem statements, target outcomes, and implementation roadmaps
Build strong executive partnerships and influence decision-making through strategic recommendations, business cases, and outcome-focused reporting
Establish portfolio governance, program roadmaps, success metrics, risk management practices, and delivery accountability
Drive adoption, organizational readiness, and change management activities to maximize the value of technology investments
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experiences
Partner with architecture and engineering leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned
