?Key Responsibilities
• Manage reservations and ensure a seamless guest booking journey
• Handle guest queries, modifications, and feedback professionally
• Maintain accurate room inventory across OTAs, direct channels, and B2B platforms
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to maximize bookings
• Resolve guest concerns, cancellations, and complaints efficiently
? Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management
• Solid communication and coordination skills
• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
? Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
? Location: Zirakpur
