Role Description: The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation in alignment with company policies. The role involves hiring, recruitment, handling employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives.
The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support recruitment and selection activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring close coordination with operational teams and leadership to support a protected, compliant, and engaged workplace.
