We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Manager / Assistant Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, sales growth, product management, advertising, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory, promotions, and product visibility.
Monitor sales, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations, and marketplace performance.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Plan and manage marketplace advertising, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze sales data, customer trends, market performance, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and other internal teams.
Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock availability, and catalogue maintenance.
Monitor customer reviews,



ratings, feedback, and overall seller performance.
Handle marketplace-related issues, claims, settlements, escalations, and account-related concerns.
Prepare regular MIS, sales, and performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rate, product visibility, and overall profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Hands-on experience in E-Commerce Operations and Marketplace Management.
Good understanding of product cataloguing, inventory, pricing, and order management.
Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within deadlines.
