Role Description The Design Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Design Executive will support the end-to-end design of coworking and managed office spaces, including conceptualizing layouts,



selecting materials and finishes, and preparing design presentations and documentation. This role involves collaborating with project managers, sales teams, and vendors to ensure that designs align with client requirements, brand guidelines, and budget constraints. The Design Executive will assist in creating 2D/3D drawings, updating design revisions, coordinating with contractors on-site, and monitoring implementation quality. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining design standards, supporting signage and branding elements within centers, and contributing creative ideas to enhance user experience and aesthetics across all iSprout locations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in interior or architectural design, including space planning, layout development, and concept visualization.
Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), along with basic presentation software ski
