Job Role: Brand Strategy Manager

Role Description The Brand Strategy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role is responsible for developing and refining CINCO’s brand positioning across projects, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, defining target audience segments, and creating brand narratives and campaigns that support sales and marketing goals. The Brand Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams to plan and execute brand initiatives, oversee brand guidelines, and monitor brand performance metrics. The role also involves managing agency and vendor relationships, supporting content and digital strategies, and preparing regular reports and presentations on brand impact and opportunities.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Development, with the ability to define clear brand positioning and narratives for real estate projects.




Experience in Brand Marketing and Brand Management, including planning and executing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to translate brand vision into clear messaging for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and use data to inform brand decisions and measure performance.
Background in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly beneficial; experience in affordable luxury or regional markets is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications in branding or strategy are an advantage.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Proficiency with brand and marketing tools (e.g., presentation software, analytics platform
