Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalamassery. This role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, including managing deposit accounts, loan processing, and insurance service facilitation. The Branch Manager will lead and guide branch staff, set performance goals, and ensure high-quality member service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role includes monitoring branch performance,



preparing operational and financial reports, implementing business development initiatives, and resolving member queries and issues in a timely manner. The Branch Manager will also collaborate with senior management to execute strategic plans and support the growth of the cooperative’s services.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and develop branch personnel.
Proficiency in branch operations, including deposits, loans, and insurance products, with sound knowledge of cooperative or banking procedures.
Solid financial acumen, analytical abilities, and experience in preparing and reviewing operational and performance reports.
