We're looking for a Recruiter with solid experience hiring for Middle East and India markets — someone who can independently source, screen, and close candidates across technical, blue-collar, and corporate roles.
Role: Recruiter Specialist
Location: Kochi (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000/ month
Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment, with exposure to Gulf/Middle East and India hiring
What you'll do:
✅ End-to-end recruitment for Plus UAE Group & Vortexen Dynamics
✅ Source candidates across India, Nepal, and Gulf networks
✅ Handle both technical/site manpower and corporate hiring
✅ Build and maintain a ready backup candidate pipeline
✅ Coordinate offers, salary negotiation, and onboarding follow-up
Who we're looking for:
? Min 2 years' recruitment experience
? Proven track record in Gulf/Middle East hiring
? Comfortable with fast-paced, target-driven hiring
? Solid sourcing and screening skills
? Good communication and reporting discipline
