Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Photographer cum Videographer role based in Kochi. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots for property listings, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding neighborhoods. The Photographer cum Videographer will capture high-resolution images and videos, ensure proper lighting and composition,



and perform post-production editing to deliver polished visual content. Daily tasks include coordinating shoot schedules with agents, preparing and maintaining equipment, organizing and archiving media files, and delivering content within agreed timelines. The role also supports creating visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional content, while collaborating with the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in photography, including composition, lighting, and camera operation.
Minimum of 2 years experience required in the same field
Candidates should possess video production skills, including framing, camera movement, and basic sound recording.
Candidates should possess proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
