Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Build and Beyond. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals,



collaborating with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs, and negotiating commercial terms in partnership with senior leadership. The Business Development Manager will track sales pipelines, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and forecasts. The role involves attending industry events, networking with key stakeholders, and contributing to strategic planning to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new sectors or geographies for growth.
Ability to prepare and present compelling proposals, commercial offers, and presentations to diverse stakeholders.
Effective negotiation and influencing skills, with a focus on closing deal
