Role Description The Motion Designer will work on-site in Indore in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with design, marketing, and content teams to create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, developing storyboards, producing animated videos,



and refining motion assets for social media, websites, ads, and other marketing campaigns. The role involves translating brand guidelines and campaign objectives into dynamic visual content, ensuring consistency and high-quality output. The Motion Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, provide input on creative strategies, and stay updated on design trends and animation techniques. Regular tasks include revising content based on feedback, optimizing files for different formats, and managing project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create compelling visual narratives.
Proficiency in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing deliverables for multiple channels.
Hands-on experience with Animation, including character, typographic, and icon-based animations.
