Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads,



and build a robust pipeline across Buchprufer’s service offerings. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their outsourcing and consulting needs, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting contract negotiations. The role involves coordinating with internal service teams to prepare proposals, maintaining accurate records of business development activities, and tracking performance against defined targets. The Executive will also participate in networking events, support marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on market trends and client feedback.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.
