Role Description The Student Support Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for students and families, handling inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, and ensuring timely resolution of doubts related to courses, schedules, and platform usage.



The Student Support Executive will provide administrative support to academic and operational teams. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with faculty and support staff for student-related issues, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all learners. The role requires consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a solid focus on student satisfaction and retention.
