Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Technical Support team member based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The intern will handle customer inquiries, provide technical assistance related to the OneInfo platform,



and guide users through feature setup and usage. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting user issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting common issues, contributing to support knowledge bases, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve user experience. Interns will work closely with creators and business users, helping them get the most value from OneInfo’s AI-driven workflows.
