The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
Support delivery of annual quality plan objectives, ensuring activities meet agreed timelines and budgets.
Coordinate external certification audits and facilitate the internal audit programme.
Administer audit processes, including notifications, documentation requests, and effective scheduling.
Assist in reviewing and enhancing management system content and preparing quality reports.
Contribute to communication materials and management review activities.




Support development of training resources while aligning with Mace’s net‑zero carbon commitments.
You’ll need to have:
Degree qualification is essential with 5-10 years experience.
Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Solid communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
