Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role involves meeting prospective and existing channel partners and retail customers, presenting Yogic Software solutions, and explaining how the products help secure investments and manage EMI customers. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, closing sales, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting clients,



maintaining strong relationships with partners, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to internal teams for product and process improvement. The role also requires accurate reporting of sales activities, timely follow-ups, and coordination with the operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
Qualifications
Strong field sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, client visits, and closing deals.
Proficiency in relationship management and customer service, with the capacity to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, simple terms.
Basic understanding of software or fintech products and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.
Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage time
