Role Overview
The Business Development Manager – General Manufacturing (IMEA) will be responsible for driving profitable growth across the General Manufacturing segment in Turkey, India, and GCC markets. The role will focus on strengthening existing business, developing strategic growth platforms, and identifying recent market opportunities across the region.
The incumbent will work closely with country sales teams, application engineering, marketing, and regional leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, build a robust project pipeline, and drive customer engagement through value-based and solution-oriented selling.
This position requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Business Growth & Market Development
Drive sustainable and profitable growth across the General Manufacturing segment within the IMEA region (Turkey, India, and GCC).




Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with business objectives and market priorities.
Identify, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic growth platforms.
Expand market penetration within existing strategic accounts while driving replication of successful applications across the region.
Build and manage a robust project pipeline, ensuring effective conversion of opportunities into commercial successes.
Strategic Account & Project Development
Drive specification-in activities, product approvals, and customer qualifications to secure long-term business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with regional OEMs, end-users, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
Support key customer projects from opportunity identification through commercialization.
Facilitate cross-country sharing of best practices and successful customer applications.
