Job responsibilities
* Design and build core application features hands-on (backend, APIs,
integration, and UI as needed).
* Own technical design and implementation patterns to deliver secure, scalable,
maintainable solutions.
* Lead design/code reviews and enforce engineering standards across the
delivery lifecycle.
* Partner with product and UAT teams to translate requirements into working
software and support acceptance testing.




* Influence senior business and technology stakeholders; communicate clearly
with BAs, PMs, and engineers.
* Drive continuous improvement through pragmatic, innovative solutions, and
better team processes.
* Troubleshoot complex issues, prioritize effectively, and deliver to deadlines
with a customer-first mindset.
* Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance team
culture.
* Drives adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices
across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational
outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test acceleration,
release readiness, incident/root-cause analysis), while establishing
measurable validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated
testing) and promoting reuse of proven patterns and automation within the
SDLC/TLM toolchain.
