Role Description The Storyline Developer (eLearning) role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Storyline Developer is responsible for designing and developing interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and related authoring software. Day-to-day tasks include transforming instructional designs and storyboards into visually appealing, media-rich courses, integrating assessments and activities, and ensuring usability across devices and learning platforms.



The role involves collaborating with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to refine content, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain consistency with branding and learning standards. The Storyline Developer also tests and reviews courses for quality, accessibility, and functionality before deployment.
Qualifications

Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate or similar) and basic understanding of LMS integration (SCORM/xAPI).
Skills in instructional design principles, learner-centered design, and structuring content for digital learning experiences.
Proficiency in visual design and media usage, including basic graphic editing, layout, and working with audio/video assets.
Ability to analyze requirements, follow storyboards, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
