Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive who will handle incoming customer enquiries, communicate with customers through calls, chat, and Gmail , understand their requirements, follow up with them, and assist in converting enquiries into successful orders. This role does not involve lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer enquiries through calls, chat, WhatsApp, and Gmail .
● Understand customer requirements and explain the process/services clearly.
● Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses.
● Assist customers throughout the order process.
● Coordinate with Compliance, and Operations teams when required.
● Collect and ensure completion of required customer information/documents.
● Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and orders.
● Achieve assigned sales/conversion and order-processing targets .
● Ensure all communication and transactions follow company policies and SOPs.
● Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.

Requirements




● 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Digital Sales, Customer Support, Telesales, or similar roles.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Comfortable communicating through calls, chat, and email .
● Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
● Target-oriented and proactive approach.
● Basic knowledge of Gmail, Excel/Google Sheets , and digital communication tools.
● Graduate in any discipline preferred.
