Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for shaping Valar’s visual identity across digital and print channels. This role involves designing brand assets, marketing collateral, packaging, and presentations that communicate the company’s values and products effectively. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop and refine brand guidelines, create campaign-specific visuals,



and ensure consistency in all design outputs. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing design projects, creating logos and icons, selecting and refining typography, preparing files for production, and managing multiple projects from brief to delivery. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, coordinating with external agencies or vendors when needed, and contributing creative ideas to support product launches and brand storytelling.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including the ability to translate concepts into clear, compelling visual outputs.
Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and evolve cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography with a keen eye for hierarchy, readability, and visual balance.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and familiarity with both digital and print workfl
