The SFMC Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring that customer journeys and campaigns are robust, scalable, and aligned with client strategies.



This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves leading technical discovery sessions, translating business requirements into SFMC architecture, and configuring modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio. The role includes overseeing data integrations, managing contact data models, creating energetic content and personalization logic, and ensuring strong campaign performance through testing and optimization. The SFMC Technical Lead will collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and client stakeholders, guide junior team members, enforce coding and platform best practices, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile/Advertis
