Job Summary
The individual in this role will be responsible for managing end to end employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, handling day to day employee grievances, HRIS, HR analytics, employee engagement, exit of the employees.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring)
Sourcing and candidate outreach: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. This may involve online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach such as NGOs/Job Fairs/SDCs/NAPS.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, evaluating their experience, competencies, and suitability for the position.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance, support, and do the timely communication.




Candidate Assessment and Selection: Assess candidate qualifications and competencies against job requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary. Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for current hires and providing necessary information and support.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and tactics. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team, including recruiters, coordinators, and managers, to achieve recruitment goals and objectives. Share be
