Role Overview
Lovely Professional University is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage strategic, cross-functional programs from planning through successful execution. The ideal candidate should be PMP certified, possess strong program governance and stakeholder-management skills, and have a proven track record of delivering complex projects within scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of multiple strategic programs and projects.
Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and delivery frameworks.
Establish effective program governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, dependencies, and issues.




Monitor project progress, KPIs, deliverables, and resource utilization.
Drive timely resolution of escalations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, management reports, and executive-level updates.
Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure explicit communication throughout the program lifecycle.
Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and process improvements.
Ensure programs are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

Desired Profile
8–16 years of relevant experience in program/project management.
PMP certification is mandatory/preferred.
Strong experience in managing complex, multi-functional programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
