GourmetMingle is an emerging Indian food brand focused on bringing high-quality Indian spices and healthy food products to customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern who can help us grow our customer base and expand our sales.
Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our team to identify potential customers, generate sales leads, introduce them to GourmetMingle products, and support the overall sales and business development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, supermarkets, grocery stores, and other relevant businesses.
- Generate recent sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and field visits.
- Introduce customers to GourmetMingle's range of Indian spices and food products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and retailers.
- Assist in expanding GourmetMingle's retail and distribution network.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and sales.
- Support promotional activities, product sampling, and local marketing initiatives.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or the FMCG/food industry.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory — freshers and students are welcome to apply.
