Role Description The Operations Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day business operations across customer support, sales, and internal workflows. This role focuses on monitoring and improving operational processes, including ticket handling, lead routing, and team collaboration workflows within TickoraDesk.



The Operations Specialist will analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and standard operating procedures. They will assist in coordinating projects related to platform adoption, operational efficiency, and customer success initiatives. The role also involves preparing reports, documenting best practices, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure scalable, consistent, and customer-centric operations.
