Role Description The Sales Trainee role is a full-time, in office position based in Irinjalakuda. The Sales Trainee will support the sales team by learning and participating in the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and assisting with closing opportunities under guidance. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting products or services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.



The role involves participating in structured training programs, shadowing senior sales professionals, and developing product knowledge and market understanding. The Sales Trainee is expected to collaborate with colleagues, provide responsive customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets while building a strong foundation for a long-term sales career.
