Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Payroll and Compliance Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation and disbursement of employee salaries, handling payroll tax obligations, administering garnishments,



and coordinating payroll services. The Specialist will also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and collaborate with various teams to maintain accurate employee records and timely reporting.

Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Manage salary structuring, arrears, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements.
Ensure accurate computation of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other statutory deductions.
Handle payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and shift allowances.
Generate payroll MIS, payslips, salary registers, and reports as required.
Address payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.

Statutory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishments Act.
Timely filing of statutory returns and challans.
