Role Description The Article Assistant internship role at V.V.Kale & Company is an in office position based in Noida. The Article Assistant will support Chartered Accountants and senior team members with day-to-day work including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, tax computation and filings, and audit-related documentation.



Responsibilities may include conducting basic research on accounting and tax matters, assisting in compliance and regulatory reporting, organizing client records, and drafting working papers and summaries. The role also involves learning and applying relevant accounting standards, participating in client assignments under supervision, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Interns will gain practical exposure to professional ethics, client communication, and the operational aspects of a CA firm.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts.
Candidates should possess skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and be comfortable working with accounting or ERP software.
