Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Indore. The Finance Manager will oversee hotel financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. The role involves monitoring revenue and cost controls,



managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and coordinating statutory and internal audits. The Finance Manager will handle compliance with taxation, local regulations, and company policies, while implementing financial controls and risk management processes. The individual will partner with the General Manager and department heads to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, and drive profitability and cost efficiency for the property.
Qualifications

Financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Robust accounting knowledge, with experience in general ledger, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Competence in taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination within the hospitality or service sector.
