Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Design & Development team. The role involves preparing design dockets, developing architectural drawings, producing construction documentation for hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge and excellent drawing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design Development
· Develop architectural concepts into detailed design packages.
· Prepare comprehensive design dockets for internal reviews, management approvals, and consultant coordination.
· Develop layout options, space planning, and design solutions based on project requirements.
· Ensure compliance with applicable building bye-laws, NBC, fire, accessibility, and local authority regulations.

Working Drawings & Documentation
· Prepare and review architectural working drawings including:
o General Arrangement (GA) drawings
o Floor plans
o Elevations
o Sections
o Door & Window schedules
o Staircase details
o Toilet layouts
o Lift lobby details
o Reflected ceiling plans




o Flooring layouts
o Detail drawings
· Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants.
· Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and document control.

Quality & Documentation
· Ensure drawings meet company standards and project requirements.
· Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
· 3–4 years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
· Experience in hospitality, residential, and commercial projects is preferred.

Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
· Good understanding of building construction and detailing.
· Knowledge of National Building Code (NBC), local bye-laws, fire norms, and accessibility standards.
· Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings.
· Excellent attention to detail and time management.
