About the Role
As a Category Manager (City), you'll own critical on-ground operations and drive the growth of Urban Company's service partner network. This is a high-impact role requiring robust problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and execution excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve partner quality, optimize supply, and enhance customer experience while contributing to city-level business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end onboarding of service partners through sourcing, screening, selection, and training.
Own supply-side operations and improve the quality and productivity of the partner network.
Support category leadership in supply planning, demand planning, and revenue planning activities.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
Analyze business data to drive informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to execute city and central initiatives.
Improve customer and partner experience through data-driven problem solving.
