We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive – Inbound Sales who can convert qualified customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication, understanding customer requirements, disciplined follow-up, and strong closing skills.
Role Overview

This is an inbound sales and conversion role.

You will handle customers who have already expressed interest through our website, calls, WhatsApp, advertisements, and other channels.

Your primary responsibility is easy:

Understand the customer's requirement, recommend the right property, follow up effectively, and close the booking.

This is not a cold-calling role.
Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, website and other channels.




* Contact new enquiries quickly and understand their exact accommodation requirements.
* Qualify customers based on location, dates, duration, guest count, property type and budget.
* Recommend suitable furnished homes from available inventory.
* Explain property features, pricing, deposits, amenities and booking terms clearly.
* Follow up systematically with prospective customers until closure.
* Handle customer objections related to pricing, location, property suitability and availability.
* Negotiate within approved pricing guidelines to maximize booking conversion.
* Coordinate with the Reservations and Property teams for availability and property confirmation.
* Arrange property visits when required and actively follow up after visits.
* Maintain accurate customer information, follow-ups and sales status in the company's CRM/database.
* Ensure no qualified enquiry is missed or left unattended.
