Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and company websites.
Design marketing creatives, social media posts, reels, and promotional videos using Canva and AI tools.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Maintain and update WordPress websites, landing pages, blogs, and marketing content.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other productivity tools to improve content creation and marketing workflows.
Plan and maintain content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
Collaborate with the design, sales,



and product teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Create blogs, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Manage Google Business Profiles and improve local search visibility.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI marketing tools.
Assist in lead generation campaigns, conversion optimization, and marketing automation initiatives.
Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and continuously optimize strategies for better performance.
KPI / KRA
Generate 150–250 qualified leads per month through organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
Generate 200+ qualified leads per month through SEO, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content marketing.
Publish a minimum of 20–25 high-quality social media posts and 8–12 reels/videos per month.
Plan, launch, and optimize at least 4–6 digital marketing campaigns every month.
