Executive Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic, and growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to steer our financial strategy during a critical phase of rapid expansion. Currently operating at an annual revenue of ~₹350 Crore with order book value of 1500 Cr, the company is preparing for rapid growth considering growing market size and substantial fund flow from various state and central government initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine deep financial expertise in Capex-intensive/EPC/BOOT/DBFOT models from heavy infrastructure sector with proven public market transition experience, robust corporate governance standards, and robust investor relations capabilities.

Role Overview & Strategic Objectives
The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the Board, overseeing all financial operations,



capital allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The primary objective is to scale the financial infrastructure from a ₹350 Cr enterprise to a ₹1,000+ Cr public company while maintaining healthy EBITDA margins and optimizing working capital.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy, Capital Allocation & Fundraising
•Growth Financing: Formulate capital raise strategies combining debt, equity, and mezzanine financing to support 25%+ annual expansion.
•Project & Infrastructure Finance: Structure project financing for large-scale Wastewater Treatment Plants (STPs/ETPs/Zero Liquid Discharge), Public-Private
Partnerships (PPP), Hybrid Annuity Models (HAM), and Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) projects.
•Working Capital Optimization: Drive aggressive working capital management, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and optimizing inventory/payable cycles inherent to long-term engineeri
