Role Overview :
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and hands-on experience in industrial/aerospace machinery maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, working with PLC-based automation, and ensuring reliable machine operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machinery
Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, drives, and automation systems
Work on PLC programming, HMI, and control logic optimization
Handle systems operating on 24V DC, 110V & 230V AC
Maintain and support equipment like CNC machines, autoclaves, ovens, and test systems
Coordinate with production/mechanical teams to minimize downtime
Maintain proper documentation including preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and ISO audit records
Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
2–5 years of experience in machinery maintenance
Robust knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi)
Experience in electrical panels, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
Preferred Skills :
Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments
Exposure to VFDs, servo drives, safety systems, and industrial protocols
Knowledge of machine safety and EHS practices
Basic understanding of mechanical systems
