Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 10+ years of experience in IT product and services sales — and a robust, credible grasp of AI technologies — to lead enterprise sales for our AI-based offerings. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with genuine technical fluency in AI, engaging both business and technical stakeholders across complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through closure. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end sales for Novetum's AI-based products and services portfolio against defined revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities for AI adoption across target verticals; build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Lead consultative,



solution-based selling — diagnose client business problems and map Novetum's AI capabilities (generative AI, automation, ML-driven solutions) to measurable business outcomes.
Build and present compelling AI solution proposals, RFP responses, ROI narratives, and commercial pitches in partnership with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams.
Develop and nurture senior-level relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers evaluating AI investments.
Stay current on the evolving AI landscape — new models, platforms, and use cases — to position Novetum credibly and articulate differentiated value.
Educate and advise prospective clients on AI readiness, use-case prioritization, and adoption roadmaps.
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation, account-based marketing, and go-to-market strategy for new AI offerings.
