We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for our brands, including malls, & restaurants businesses.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, Instagram, Facebook, and community engagement, with the ability to manage multiple brand accounts.

Key Responsibities:
Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple brands.
Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams for content requirements.
Develop ideas for Reels, Stories, posts, carousels, contests, campaigns, and promotional content.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, formats, hashtags, and viral content.
Write engaging captions and maintain the brand's tone of voice.
Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Coordinate and cover events, launches, activations,



and campaigns when required.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.
Ensure all content is posted accurately and on time.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
Good knowledge of Reels, Stories, trends, and social media algorithms.
Excellent communication and caption-writing skills.
Creative thinking and robust content ideation skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.
Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
