Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience who can own end-to-end system architecture for an AI-driven product. This role requires a hands-on architect who can design, guide, and govern systems, while still being capable of contributing to code when required. You will work closely with the CEO and Delivery Head to translate product vision into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
You Will Be Responsible For
Architectural Ownership: Define and own the overall technical architecture of the fund’s infrastructure, ensuring alignment with systematic trading goals in collaboration with the CEO and Delivery Head.
System Design & Impact: Translate complex requirements into scalable designs for "Bulk" simulation and "Real-time" execution layers, while conducting detailed technical analysis and impact assessments for all current features and system changes.
Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams, acting as the key decision-maker for the Linux-based ecosystem.
Governance & Standards:



Establish and enforce coding standards and design principles, ensuring final sign-offs on all major architectural changes.
Performance & Reliability: Own system scalability and reliability, proactively identifying bottlenecks in high-throughput data pipelines.
Distributed Systems: Design and govern microservices and distributed system architectures, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical solutions
AI & Data Engineering Architecture:
Designing Python-based services, data pipelines, and ML/AI workflows
Define patterns for "Bulk" data ingestion and real-time processing using Spark, HBase, and Hive.
Guide the implementation of LLM integrations and intelligent automation within R&D; workflows.
DevOps & Infrastructure Architecture:
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using Jenkins and Airflow.
