What You'll Do
Ad Creative & Performance Design
Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and display campaigns.
Create multiple variants for A/B testing with different hooks, CTAs, formats, and layouts.
Iterate on designs based on performance feedback from the performance team.
Build reusable templates and design systems that improve production speed without compromising quality.
Develop performance-focused creatives that balance strong visual appeal with measurable results.
Social Media & Content Design
Design across all formats including carousels, reel covers, stories, posts, thumbnails, banners, and other digital and printable assets.
Maintain visual consistency across content calendars for multiple brands.
Adapt creative for platform-specific best practices, including aspect ratios, safe zones, and text limitations.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to ensure design supports the overall creative direction and campaign goals.
Branding & Packaging Design
Lead and support branding projects,



including logo design, brand identity systems, colour palettes, typography, visual guidelines, and brand assets.
Design packaging for products across print and digital mockups while ensuring consistency with the overall brand identity.
Create client-facing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
Ensure every design output aligns with established brand guidelines and quality standards.
Support recent business pitches with high-quality visual concepts and presentation materials.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback, design direction, and creative guidance.
Review creative work before delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Follow and improve design workflows, naming conventions, file organisation, and production standards.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, internal
